Jacqueline Asis is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Broker with over a decade of experience in the Philippine real estate industry. She has worked with leading developers, gaining expertise in Unit Turnover, Property Management, Sales Operations, Project Development, and Sales.

Jacqueline holds a degree from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (2013) and recently completed her second degree, BS in Real Estate Management, at Lyceum of Alabang (2025). She passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in November 2025 and the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination in April 2026.

Jacqueline is the Owner and Lead Broker of Ace Space Realty, an SEC-registered real estate brokerage and appraisal company. Her mission is to help Filipinos find their ideal homes and build long-term wealth through real estate. She is committed to providing comprehensive, client-focused real estate solutions, guiding clients through every stage of their property journey—from acquisition and leasing to property management, appraisal, resale, and title transfer.
