About the Realtor

Jacqueline Asis is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Broker with over a decade of experience in the Philippine real estate industry. She has worked with leading developers, gaining expertise in Unit Turnover, Property Management, Sales Operations, Project Development, and Sales.

Jacqueline holds a degree from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (2013) and recently completed her second degree, BS in Real Estate Management, at Lyceum of Alabang (2025). She passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination in November 2025 and the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination in April 2026.

Her mission is to help Filipinos find their ideal home, build wealth through real estate investing. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive real estate solutions, guiding clients through every stage—from property acquisition and leasing to property management, appraisal, resale, and title transfer.
