SEALING THE DEAL WITH ROBINSONS LAND. Today, August 8, marks a momentous event as Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) signed the joint venture agreement to undertake the mixed-used development of a 6.1-hectare area in Bonifacio Capital District (BCD).
Considered as a “primest of the prime” property, RLC’s area in BCD is at the center of major government infrastructure such as the planned Senate-DepEd station of the Metro Manila Subway Project, and the North-South Commuter Railway.
This landmark partnership shares the vision of creating sustainable communities for businesses, residents, and commuters. The project is also expected to inject billions in revenue generation which will greatly benefit the national government and AFP modernization.
